What anonymity does not guarantee
No tool can guarantee total anonymity in every context. Network information, timestamps, payment transactions for paid aliases, recipient behavior, browser configuration, downloaded files, and information typed inside a message can reveal identity. Do not promise patients, senders, or users that a communication is untraceable.
Mailbox-level identity & protection
AliasCloak identities are mailbox-specific: aliases, avatars, receive controls, muting and blocking apply per mailbox. When TOTP is enabled, new/untrusted sessions require the private key plus an authenticator code; encrypted backup exports can be passphrase-protected locally.
Healthcare use considerations
