What does the $5 custom alias include?
A custom alias replaces a generated mailbox identifier with a memorable name you select, subject to availability. This can make the mailbox easier to publish on a website, add to an intake form, share with a referral partner, or provide to repeat senders.
The customization fee is $5 per alias. Customizing an alias does not alter the underlying encryption, file limits, retention behavior, or compliance status of the mailbox.
